Please allow 3-5 days for shipping of all in-stock products via UPS Ground shipping. Special orders or non-stock items may require longer.
We offer expedited shipping upon request by emailing us at email@example.com or calling 1-505-598-0016. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Please inspect the contents as soon as possible. If any product has been damaged, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 for pickup and notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
We are totally committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will send you a FREE UPS return label and refund your purchase price up to 30 days from your order date. (Domestic orders and undecorated merchandise only)
Simply email us at email@example.com with the reason for your return and we will respond with instructions and the FREE UPS return label attached. Once your return is received and processed, we will promptly issue a full credit, less your original shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit to be completed.
NO RE-STOCKING FEES
Many internet stores charge re-stocking fees of up to 20% of the value of your order - NOT at RRRTraders. We never charge re-stocking fees. Period!

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your order. All claims must be made in writing, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please inspect your order prior to decorating, since claims cannot be made on decorated merchandise.
